摘要 牙周膜相关蛋白(PLAP)-1为新确定的小分子富亮氨酸蛋白聚糖家族中的成员,是一种新的负性调节牙周膜矿化的因子,在牙周组织中特异性表达,在牙周组织动态平衡的自身稳定中起关键的作用。下面就PLAP-1的结构、组织分布和功能特点以及在牙周膜中的作用与调控机制等研究进展作一综述。 Periodontal ligament-associated protein(PLAP)-1 is a recently identified novel member of the small leucine-rich repeat proteoglycan family.PLAP-1 is expressed specifically and predominantly in the periodontal ligamen(tPDL)and that it negatively regulates the mineralization of PDL cells.PLAP-1 is thought to play a crucial role for homeostasis of periodontal tissues.Here we reviewed the structure,distribution,function and the regu-lation of the PLAP-1 in periodontal tissues.
