摘要 多药耐药(MDR)现象严重影响了卵巢癌患者的化疗疗效,对MDR及其机制的研究表明,作为Ⅱ相药物代谢解毒酶的谷胱甘肽转移酶(GST)-π-通过影响药物的生物转化与代谢过程来促进肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的抵抗,与卵巢癌MDR的产生关系密切。 The platinum-based chemotherapy play an important role in alleviating symptoms of advanced ovarian cancer patients and prolongation of survival time , The muhidrug resistance( MDR), however, seriously affects the chemotherapy effect, the current MDR and its Mechanism studies show that, as a phase II detoxifi- cation enzymes glutathione S- transferase-π( GST- π) promote tumor cell resistance to chemotherapeutic drugs by affecting the biotransformation and metabolic processes of drugs, and closely related to MDR in ovarian cancer.
