摘要
本文用有限差分法模拟了金属注射成形坯件的冷却凝固过程,以预测坯件内部缩孔的生成,计算结果与实验结果基本相符。同时,作者还对模型中存在的误差的主要原因作了探讨,为进一步优化模型提供了可行途径。
A finite difference numerical method was applied to the solidification process of a simple metal injection molded (MIM) compact to predict the formation of shrinkage voids. Experiments show that the computing model given by the authors was successful. Several key reasons responsible for the errors introduced into the model were also explored in this paper, which provided a feasible approach to optimize the computing model.
