沥青路面由于其行车舒适性及施工优越性,越来越多地用于公路建设中,现已成为我国高等级公路的主要路面类型。随着我国道路建设的不断完善,其后期的养护工作越来越重要。沥青搅拌站作为养护单位混合料的生产基地,其组建科学合理与否将会直接影响到养护施工企业沥青混合料在生产过程中的成本控制。本文将对搅拌站组建过程中选址、设备选型、平面设计进行具体介绍,最后进行实际案例分析。以期能为类似搅拌站的组建设计提供借鉴。

Due to its ride quality and the advantages of construction, asphalt pavement has being increasingly used for highway construction.It has become the main highway road pavemen type.With the constant improvement of our roads, the latter conservation becomes increasingly important .As a production base of mixture, whether the formation of asphalt mixing plant is scientific and reasonable or not will directly affect the cost control of conservation construction enterprises in asphalt mixture production process. This article will specifical describe the station location, equipment selection, graphic design in the course of setting mixing station, and finally study the actual case.The writer hopes that this theory could provide reference for the formation of a similar ,nixing design.
