With the development of higher vocational education, we must put our ideas into shape, innovate boldly,always adhere to the guidance of scientific development concept, overall plan, implement step by step, rationally distribute teaching resources, build a teachers team which is with high quality and sufficient number, good quality , reasonable structure to improve the teaching quality and form education characteristics of higher vocational promoting rapid, healthy and sustainable development of vocational education.
