摘要
管理软件的质量评价是企业软件管理工作中重要的活动之一。从软件使用阶段和软件维护阶段构建了一套管理软件质量评价指标体系,采用灰色建模方法将该评价体系结合实例进行分析和验证。研究结果表明该方法的有效性。
The quality appraisal of management software is an extremely important activity in the enterprise software supervisory work. This paper constructed a set of quality appraisal system of management software from the software operational phase and the software maintenance stage, then it analyzed and the confirmed this appraisal system unioning an example by using grey system theory and method. Finally, the result indicated this method is more scientific and reliable than others in the appraisal result.
