校企合作“订单式”培养模式的研究与实践

Research and Practice of School Business Cooperation "Order Form" Raising Model

本文从高等职业教育人才培养目标的定位,提出了高职机电类专业"订单式"人才培养模式的内涵和基本原则;强调了"订单式"人才培养模式作为校企联合办学的具体实施形式。特别是结合上海电机学院高职学院在订单式培养中的探索,提出了职教"以市场为导向,以充分就业为目的"的"订单式"教育和教学组织模式。

From the personnel training goal＇s localization of the higher vocational education, this paper proposed connotation and the basic principle of the personnel training model ＂the order form＂, of higher vocational mechanical and electrical specialty, emphasized the concrete implementation form of ＂order form＂ personnel training model which is as cooperation of school and enterprise, especially, put forward the teaching organization model the ＂order form＂which is vocational schools should take the market as the guidance , take the full employment as the goal, combining with the exploration of Shanghai electrical machinery institute higher vocational schools.
