摘要 哈尔滨工业大学新开设本科电子封装技术专业的专业课程《电子材料》课程。从教学中注重充实新内容、新数据资料、跳出传统模式,加强理论分析,激发学生学习兴趣,提高学生的分析与解决问题的能力,对其教学方法进行了初步探索,提出了提高该课程教学效果的有利措施。 Electronic Packaging Technology is new specialized field in Harbin institute of technology at present time. As the fundamental course, 《Electronic Packaging Materials》 played an important role in improvement of the teaching for electronic packaging technology. Enriching newly contents, collecting new data and referances, jumping out the traditional modes, enhancing theoretical analysis, stimulating interests of students, improving ability of analysis and solving problems were discussed in this paper. Some individual experiences are also introduced.
