从经济文化、政治文化、思想文化的角度分析了中国近代科技发展落后的原因,并探讨了其对于当今加强文化建设、促进科教兴国战略的借鉴意义。
The paper analyzes the reasons of backward of Chinese modern technology development from economic cultural, political cultural, ideological cultural and discusses the reference significance of it to enhance present cultural development and promote the strategy of rejuvenating.
