疾控机构实验室能力建设与管理调查报告

An Investigation on the Capability and Administration of Laboratories in Disease Control Organizations

目的:了解疾控机构实验室现状,提高公共卫生体系应急能力,为今后加强实验室建设提供依据。方法:对所辖区域内疾控机构实验室进行现场调查、分析。结果:现有实验室人员组成和结构不合理,检测能力达不到相关要求,仪器设备不同程度缺乏。对策:合理的人员配置,添置必需的仪器设备,提高生物安全意识,达到加强疾病预防机构实验室建设的目的。

Objective：To understand the current status of the laboratories in the disease control organizations,to improve the capability of our public health system to respond to emergent events,and to provide evidences for strengthening the laboratory establishment.Methods：The laboratory spots in the disease control organizations in Luzhou area were investigated and analyzed.Results：The constitution and structure of the current personnel of the laboratories are not reasonable,and the detecting capabilities do not meet the related demand,and the analyzing instrument and equipment are lacking to different extent.Strategies：reasonable personnel structure,additional important analyzing instrument,and more concerns of biological safety have to be prepared,so as to strengthen the laboratory construction in our disease control organizations.
