摘要
介绍了采用同轴嵌套油缸压装柴油机气缸盖喷油器铜套的方法。实现了铜套的安装与挤压在同一道工序内一个工作循环中完成,具有方便快捷省工省时的特点。
This paper introduces the method for assembling the oil atomizer copper sleeve of the cylinder head in diesel engine by the aid of the coaxial nested hydro -cylinder, with this method the copper sleeve can be installed and extruded in an operation, which proved to be convenient, efficient and labor-saving.
