桡动脉途径冠脉介入治疗围手术期护理

Perioperative Care of Patients with Coronary Intervention Treatment through Radial Artery

目的:探讨桡动脉途径冠脉介入治疗围手术期的护理措施及注意事项。方法:对患者实施术前、术中、术后心理生活指导、病情观察及出院健康指导等围手术期护理程序。结果:实施围手术期护理程序后,并发症少,术后恢复良好,手术取得成功,无一例严重并发症。结论:应加强医护人员的责任心,做好围手术期规范、优质、周到的护理,预防潜在的危险因素,减少并发症的发生及患者的不适,为患者尽快出院奠定基础。

Objects：To study the nursing measures and considerations for patients with coronary intervention treatment through radial artery.Meathods：Nursing program in perioperative period of the treatment were introduced,including：pre-,intra-and postoperative psychology education and life coaching,clinical observation and discharging health guidance.Results：Patients recieved nursing program recovered well with fewer complications.Conclusions：The sense of responsibility of medical personnels should be strengthen.Professional,high quality and attentive nursing care should be done well during the perioperative period.
