摘要
目的:观察红花注射液静脉滴注治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将我院内分泌科120例糖尿病足溃疡患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例,治疗组在对照组用药的基础上给予红花注射液60ml/d静脉滴注,两组均治疗1个疗程后对两组疗效进行对比观察。结果:治疗组总有效率85.0%,对照组总有效率65.0%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:红花注射液治疗糖尿病足溃疡疗效确切,效果显著,可有效的缓解及治疗糖尿足溃疡,阻止糖尿病足溃疡的进一步发展,是治疗糖尿病足溃疡一种有效的方法。
Objective：Safflower Injection and observed treatment effect of diabetic foot ulcer.Methods：Endocrinology our hospital 120 cases of diabetic foot ulcers and 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 60 patients.Treatment group were given medication on the basis of safflower injection 60ml/d by intravenous drip,All patients were treated in two groups after a course of treatment effects were observed.Results：Treatment group was 85.0%,control group was 65.0%,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Safflower injection treatment of diabetic foot ulcers is effective,achieved significant results,and treatment can effectively alleviate diabetic foot ulcers,diabetic foot ulcers to prevent the further development of the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers is an effective way.
