摘要
我校在八年制培养模式中引入"临床导师制度",旨在对八年制学生的临床课程学习以及见习、实习阶段给予指导。文章就临床导师实践阶段的经验教训进行总结分析,以期在多方努力下,八年制教育得以更好、更高效的开展与实施。
The"clinical tutor mode"has been practiced in eight-year clinical medical education,which aimed at tutoring the students when they are learning clinical subjects.This paper makes some investigation in the application of the clinical tutor of eight-year medical education and gives some advice, in order that eight-year medical education will be improved with all the efforts.
