胃肠道穿孔的CT应用价值

Value of CT in Diagnosis of Gastro intestinal Tract Perforation

目的:探讨胃肠道穿孔中CT的诊断价。方法:经手术证实的胃肠道穿孔患者术前均行腹部平片和CT扫描检查。结果:两种检查方法检出率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:CT在胃、肠道穿孔及其病因和并发症的诊断中有明显优势。

Objective：To evaluate the value of CT in the diagnosis of digestive tract perforation.Methods：64 cases with digestive tract perforation proved by surgery were analyzed.All of these cases were examined by abdominal CT and abdominal X-ray film preoperatively.Results：The positive rate of demonstrating free air within abdominal cavity examined by X-ray film and CT （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：This study indicates that CT has more advantages in the diagnosis of digestive tract perforation.
