旅游产业在当今世界经济发展中已成为一个高速度、高增值、高就业、高创业、高效应的新兴产业,在世界经济及各国经济发展中占有越来越重要的地位,被誉为21世纪的朝阳产业。通过对哈尔滨旅游业发展基本情况的分析,提出打造强势品牌,全面树立"冰城夏都"城市形象;重点挖掘发展潜能,加快旅游产业转型升级步伐;重点塑造整体形象,增强开拓旅游市场能力;重点夯实发展基础,努力完善旅游公共服务功能等促进旅游产业发展的建议。
The tourism industry has become a high-speed,high value-added,high employment,high start,high-impact emerging industries in today＇s world economic development.In the world economy and international economic development occupies an increasingly important position,known as a sunrise industry in the 21st century.Through the analysis of the basic situation of tourism development in Harbin,it proposed to build a strong brand,fully establish a ＂summer ice city＂ urban image and focus on mining to develop their potential to accelerate the pace of transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry,shaping the overall image and enhance the ability to open up the tourism market,consolidating the foundation for development;effort to improve public service functions such as tourism promotion of tourism industry development proposals.
