摘要
目的探讨HIF-1α在外阴上皮内非瘤样病变中的表达。方法用免疫组化SABC法检测HIF-1α在10例外阴正常皮肤、20例外阴鳞状上皮增生(SH),20例外阴硬化性苔藓(LS)中的表达情况,同时检测各组织的微血管密度(MVD)。结果外阴正常皮肤组织中无表达,外阴SH中为3.26±0.35,外阴LS中为18.37±2.45,两者比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在外阴LS中MVD值为10.34±2.88,低于外阴正常皮肤20.44±3.66,两者比较差异显著(P<0.05)。与SH中的21.58±2.48相比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论外阴硬化性苔癣真皮中微血管密度减少,缺氧诱导HIF-1α代偿性增高,可能参与促进血管形成过程。
Objective To study expression hypoxia-inducible factor-1α in vulvar non-neoplastic epithelial disorder.Methods Immunohistochemistry method was used to determine the expression of HIF-1α and the microvessel density (MVD) in 10 cases of normal vulvar skin,20 cases of squamous cell hyperplasia,20 cases of lichen sclerosus.Results The HIF-1α was not expressed in normal vulvar skin,with 3.26±0.35 in squmous cell hyperplasia,18.37±2.45 in lichen sclerosus.Between the two kinds of NNEDV,there as significant difference (P〈0.05). The MVD was 10.34±2.88 in the tissues of lichen sclerosis,lower than 20.44±3.66 in normal vulvar skin.There was significant differences between LS and SH (P〈0.05).Conclusion HIF-1α is highly expressed in hypoxia condition.MVD is reduced in lichen sclerosus,which illustrat existence of microcirculation disorder.The high expression of HIF-1α is a kind of compensation.
