摘要
随着化学工业的不断发展,化工装置越趋大型化,成本也随之增加。考虑经济因素,一些事故后的大型化工装置的回收利用能够大大节约成本。当然,这些复原后的装置的安全可靠性分析评估也越发重要。对于一个爆裂复原后的吸收塔,通过进行应力分析、机械性能校核以及可靠度的计算等手段,来确定此装置的使用安全性,为爆裂装置的回收利用提供保障和依据。
With the development of chemical industry, the larger chemical equipments become, the more cost should increase. Considered the economic aspect, the recycling of large- scale chemical equipments after the accident can save the cost greatly. Certainly, it is important to make the reliability analysis for the renatured equipments. This article will determine operational safety of one burst reprocessing absorption tower by stress analysis, mechanical property examination and reliability calculation, in order to provide the safeguard and the basis for the recycling of burst equipments.
