摘要
结合现有的湿式石灰石-石膏法脱硫工艺,利用现有的传质理论和matlab数学工具,对工艺中不同pH条件下SO2吸收容量、浆液中硫物种形态分布、吸收推动力变化及实际操作参数对脱硫效率的影响等进行数值分析,揭示了pH对湿法脱硫吸收过程的影响机理,探讨了实际操作参数间的内在关联,为工业脱硫控制提供了极为重要的参考。
Combined with the existed wet limestone- gypsum FGD process, numerical analyses are conducted on sulfur dioxide absorption capacity of slurry, sulfur species distribution, absorption driving force and the impact of actual operating parameters on the removal efficiency under different pH conditions by matlab tool and the existed mass transfer theory in this paper. The slurry pH influence meehanism in the absorption process is revealed. And the intrinsic link among the actual operating parameters is also discussed, providing very important references far industrial desulfuriztion control.
