手术治疗老年性不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折分析 被引量:3

摘要 ①目的分析不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折用解剖型钢板和DHS及PFN内固定治疗的临床疗效和并发症。②方法回顾手术治疗不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折172例,应用解剖钢板治疗30例,DHS治疗66例,PFN治疗76例。平均随访时间13.6个月。③结果 PFN组手术时间、住院时间最短,术中失血最少。不稳定骨折术后并发症解剖型钢板组以髋内翻、内固定失效多见,DHS以股骨颈变短、加压钉切出股骨头为主。PFN临床疗效满意并发症少。④结论 PFN治疗老年性不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折优于解剖型钢板和DHS。
