493柴油机增压前后燃烧特性的对比分析

The Comparison and Analysis on Combustion Characteristics of Model 493 Diesel Engine Before and after Turbocharged

493柴油机是四角ω形直喷燃烧室的车用高速发动机。为了提高其强化指标，改善其配套能力，降低燃油消耗率和有害排放量，对该机型进行了脉冲涡轮增压改造。作者利用自己开发的微机高速数据采集和处理系统，对493柴油机增压前后的燃烧状况进行了测试和对比分析，得到了一些很有意义的分析结果。

Model 493 diesel engine is a DI high speed truck diesel engine with quadrangle to typecombstion chamber. A pulse turbocharging system is used on this engine in order to upgrate its perfor-mance, improve the application capability and reduce the fuel consumption and exhaust emission. Thecombustion status before and after turbocharged have been measured by a high speed nicro computer datacollecting and processing system, which is developed by the author. The results are meaningful.
