摘要
堆芯入口流量分配实验研究是秦山二期600MW反应堆结构定型的重要依据.堆整体模型比例1:4,模拟堆芯采用棒束结构开式栅格设计.水力实验回路由2×1170m3/h的两对称环路组成,进入各燃料组件的流量用特制的内磁式涡轮流量计测量.本报告根据双环路对称运行工况下归一化的堆芯入口流量分配实验数据,改进并优化了原型堆的吊篮底板的开孔结构,并给出了改进后的实验结果.
The purpose of this test research is to obtain the flow distribution factors between fuelassemblies at the core inlet, then test and verify, and improve 600MW reactor design ofQinshan Phase Ⅱ. The integral model was made to scale (1:4) according to the similaritycriterion.With regard to modeling of the core,the open lattice model core was used, which hasless rods and bigger rod's diameter. Hydraulic test facility consists of two main loops,thathave rated flow rate 1170 m3/h respectively. Turbine meters developed peculiarly were usedin the flow rate measurement of core assemblies.This paper presents the flow distribution factors under the condition that two loopswere operated in symmetry at the rated flow rate. According to the test result, the holestructure design of the core support plate was improved.
