摘要
从中医药科研的现状出发,对新中国成立后,特别是改革开放以来,我国中医药在科研战略和制度建设、传承与基础研究、重大防病治病研究、中医药资源和产业研发进行了系统梳理,在归类分析中提出了中医药科研存在的问题,并进行了决策创新要略思考。
Starting from status quo of TCM sci-research,it makes systemic summary to the sci-tech strategy,system construction,inheritance and basic study, key prevention and treatment research,TCM resource and industrial study of TCM since new China establishment, esp. reform and open policy carried out,putting forward the problem existent in TCM study and thought on policy and creative strategy.
