摘要
人才在全世界来说都是十分重要的,科技创新人才更是决定了科技发展的整体水平。本文主要针对杭州市科技创新人才进行抽样调查,了解杭州市科技人才的发展现状,对今后进一步加快科技创新人才队伍建设进行理论研究。
The talented person in the world all is extremely important,the technical innovation talented person has decided the technical development overall level.This article mainly aims at the Hangzhou science and technology innovation talented person to carry on the sample investigation,understood the Hangzhou scientists and technicians＇ development present situation,to further will speed up the technical innovation talented person troop to construct from now on conducts the fundamental research.
