东北林区森工企业虚拟经营模式的研究

Research on Virtual Operating Mode of Forestry Enterprises in Northeast Forest Region

根据国家振兴东北老工业基地和治理森工"两危"的要求,结合东北林区生产经营管理实际情况,应信息网络技术飞速发展和随之而来的经营变革,提出森工企业虚拟经营新理念,旨在破除思维定势,走出传统林业企业经营管理模式的路径依赖,实现理论创新,提出以顾客为中心、追求时间与速度的全新的林区现代虚拟企业运作模式,以适应网络时代对林业企业竞争模式的新要求。

According to the national strategy of revitalizing northeast old industrial base and the requirement of solving＂two crisis＂of forest industry,the new conception of forestry enterprise＇s virtual operation was proposed combined with the production and management reality of northeast forest area.Facing the information technology with rapid development and the subsequent operation changes,the proposed conception aimed at changing the old mindset,eliminating the dependence of forestry enterprises on traditional management mode and achieving theoretical innovation.In order to meet the new requirements of forestry enterprises＇ competition mode in network period,the modern operating mode of virtual enterprises in forest area was proposed,taking customers as the center and pursuiting time and speed.
