摘要
在划分虚拟企业的生命周期的基础上,分析虚拟企业风险的特殊性和风险管理遇到的挑战,构建虚拟企业生命周期风险体系,具体分析虚拟企业外生风险和内生风险的类型及诱因。并给出虚拟企业各生命周期阶段的风险防范对策。
Based on the division of virtual enterprise＇s life cycle,the particularity of virtual enterprise risk and the challenges of risk management were analyzed,meanwhile the life cycle risk system of virtual enterprise was built.Through analyzing the types and incentives of virtual enterprise＇s external and internal risk,the risk prevention methods of virtual enterprise in each life cycle phase were put forward.
