摘要
筛选了适合于普通碳素钢电抛光的电解液类型即磷酸铬酐型,并通过正交试验,得到了最佳电抛光工艺,并对普通碳素钢抛光前后的表面形态和成分进行了分析。结果表明,磷酸与铬酐的摩尔比和电流密度是影响电抛光工艺的两个主要因素,普通碳素钢表面的元素Fe以两种形态存在,并且其表面成分与内部成分是有区别的。
Electrolyte, i.e. phosphoric acid chromic anhydride type one, applicable to
electrochemical polishing of ordinary carbon steel is sieved, optimum electrochemical
polishing process found by means of orthogonal test and, surface morphology and constitution
of ordinary carbon steel prior and after polishing are analyzed. Results show that molar ratio of
phosphoric acid and chromic anhydride and current density are two major factors affecting
electrochemical polishing and element Fe in surface of ordinary carbon steel is present in two
morphologies with difference between surface constitution and inside one.
