The experiences of CPC in Xibaipo and the Xibaipo spirit provide with valuable conceptions and premises for the construction of the kernel value of the socialism.They are interrelated in both theory and practice.So the kernel value of the socialism should be based on the basic interests of the people.Quality of the Party members needs improving in order to maintain the properness of the mainstream values.In addition,the two do＇s and don＇t＇s as the spirit of Xibaipo should serve as the guideline in the construction of the socialism.
