英国文艺复兴时期是阳性诗的时代。阳性诗有三个特点:纵欲、浪漫和非理性。对中世纪宗教禁欲的极端反抗是英国文艺复兴时期阳性诗产生的时代原因。

British renaissance is a period of positive poetry, which has three characteristics of lust, romance, and irrationalilty. This paper focuses on historical rise of the positive poetry in defiance of the abstinence advocated in religions of the Middle Age.
