摘要 研究了Spherizone工艺生产流延聚丙烯(CPP)产品的性能与应用特点。1-丁烯无规共聚CPP树脂RC213M生产的薄膜雾度最低,透明性最佳;薄膜厚度增大到100μm之后,对比样的薄膜雾度上升很快,RC213M薄膜的雾度上升较慢。薄膜厚度达到150μm的RC213M薄膜雾度基本上和25μm的对比样薄膜相同。 This paper studied properties and application of cast polypropylene products manufactured with Spherizone process. The results show that the RC213M film has lower haze and better transparency compared with the reference specimen. When the thickness of the films reaches 100 Izm, the haze of reference specimen rises more rapidly than that of RC213M film does. The haze of RC213M film with thickness of 150 um substantially equals to that of its reference specimen with thickness of 25 um.
