贵阳市区女性原发性骨质疏松症的流行病学调查 被引量:4

The epidemiological investigation on osteoporosis of women in the urban areas of Guiyang

摘要 目的:调查贵阳市区女性骨质疏松症(OP)的流行现状,为本地区采用桡骨定量超声诊断OP积累数据库。方法:采用以色列Myriad公司生产的sunlight omnisense7000TM型超声骨量测定仪测量2013例贵阳市区女性左侧桡骨远端的SOS,根据不同的诊断标准调查OP的患病率。结果:调查发现:贵阳市区女性桡骨超声速率峰值出现在40~49岁年龄组,为(4159.7±129.54)m/s;按照超声速率较峰值下降2.5倍标准差(SD)、2.0SD、1.8SD为标准50~90岁中老年女性的OP患病率分别为22.62%、36.99%、43.60%。结论:OP是一种增龄性疾病,桡骨定量超声在其诊断中的标准还有待于进一步探讨。 Objective:To investigate the prevalence of osteoporosis(OP) in women in urban areas of Guiyang,and accumulate database for the diagnosis of OP in this region used radial quantitative ultrasound.Methods:The left distal radius bone SOS of 2,013 women in urban areas of Guiyang were measured by the Israel Myriad company's sunlight omnisense 7000TM quantitative ultrasound scan system,in order to determine the prevalence of OP according to different diagnostic criterions.Results:The peak radial SOS of women in urban areas of Guiyang appeared in 40~49 year group and was(4159.7±129.54)m/s.The prevalence of OP between 50~90 years group,according to different diagnostic criteria,2.5 standard deviation,2.0 standard deviation and 1.8 standard deviation,were 22.62%,36.99% and 43.60% respectively.Conclusion:OP is a kind of disease increased with age.Its diagnostic criteria by radial quantitative ultra-sound need further research.
