摘要
采用比色法测定了3种观赏羽扇豆在不同生育期的POD、PPO活性及MDA含量的动态变化,以探讨3种观赏羽扇豆在江西省栽植的生理生态适应性。结果表明:不同生育时期叶片的POD、PPO活性和MDA含量的顺序为:品种B>品种A>品种C;品种A和品种B叶片的POD活性从幼苗期到营养生长休眠期逐渐升高直至最高,随后逐渐下降并至最低,品种C叶片的POD活性维持在较低水平,各生育期间差异性不显著;品种A和品种B随着生育期的进行,叶片的PPO活性呈现下降趋势,品种C则相反;品种A、品种B和品种C叶片的MDA含量从幼苗期到营养生长旺盛期逐渐增加,从营养生长旺盛期到营养生长休眠期品种A和品种C叶片的MDA含量有所降低,品种B则继续增加,而花芽分化期、开花期和结果期MDA含量均维持在较高水平。
To understand the eco-physiological adaptability of three kinds of ornamental Lupins in Jiangxi Province. The results showed that in the different blade growth stages the order of the POD and PPO activity and MDA contents was B〉A〉C. A and B varieties POD activity rised gradually from the period of seedling growth to the vigorous growth period, then gradually decreased until the lowest, C variety POD activity was in low, no significant difference in the growth period. The leaf PPO activity of the A and B varieties had declined with the growth varieties, however breed C variety was opposite. The MDA content of three Lupinus increased gradually from seedling to vegetative-growth stage. In dormancy of vegetative-growth stage, the MDA content of B variety continued to increase and decreased in A and C varieties. The MDA content of three Lupins maintained at a high level during bud differentiation, flowering and maturing stages.
