摘要 现以白粉病菌分生孢子为材料,用Chlex-100法快速提取白粉病菌基因组DNA,并以此为模板PCR扩增出5.8S-ITS rDNA区段,以建立快速提取甜瓜白粉病菌基因组DNA的方法。结果表明:Chlex-100法是快速提取白粉病菌基因组DNA的高效方法。 The study aimed to establish a rapid method to extract the genomic DNA from Melon powdery mildew. Taking conidia of melon powdery mildew as materials, the extraction genomic DNA of melon powdery mildew by the Chelex-100 extraction method were investigated in this paper. The genomic DNA extraction was had extracted successfully from conidia of melon powdery mildew by the Chelex-100 extraction method. And 5, 8S-ITS was amplification with this DNA as PCR templates Chelex-100 method was a rapid method to extract the genomic DNA from melon powdery mildew.
