三子排痰汤在急慢性呼吸系统疾病中祛痰化痰的疗效观察

Curative effect observation on expelling phlegm and dissipate phlegm of Sanzi Paitan soup on acute and chronic respiratory diseases

目的观察三子排痰汤在急慢性呼吸系统疾病中祛痰化痰的效果。方法将86例急、慢性呼吸系统疾病患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组给予三子排痰汤,对照组给予盐酸氨溴索片。观察2组治疗前、治疗后2-5 d的呼吸道症状综合评分变化以及晨痰、24 h痰的体积和质量变化。结果2组治疗后呼吸道症状综合评分较治疗前明显减轻;试验组在治疗第5天症状积分明显优于对照组（P〈0.001）;试验组在治疗后第3,4,5天24 h痰质量及体积较治疗前均明显减少;2组间比较试验组第5天24 h痰质量和体积改善均明显优于对照组（P均〈0.001）。结论三子排痰汤和盐酸氨溴索均有较好化痰祛痰作用,但前者在症状缓解和化痰祛痰上更具优势。

Objective It is to observe the expelling phlegm and dissipate phlegm effect of Sanzi Paitan soup on acute and chronic respiratory diseases.Methods 86 patients with acute and chronic respiratory disease were randomly divided into test group that were treated with Sanzi Paitan soup and control group that were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride tablet.The changes of respiratory symptoms synthesized score in the two groups before treatment and 2-5 d after treatment,and the changes of volume and mass of morning sputum and 24 h sputum were observed.Results The synthesized score of respiratory symptoms in the two groups after treatment lightened obviously than before treatment.Symptom score in test group was obviously better than that in control group at the fifth day after treatment（P〈0.001）.The 24 h sputum mass and volume in test group were all obviously reduced compared with that before treatment at the third,fourth and fifth day after treatment.The 24 h sputum mass and volume in test group were both decreased obviously compared with that in control group at the fifth day after treatment（all P〈0.001）.Conclusion Sanzi Paitan soup and ambroxol hydrochloride tablet both have better expelling phlegm and dissipate phlegm effects,but the former has more advantages in reducing symptoms.
