摘要
采用有限元分析方法对扭力轴强度进行理论分析,对扭力轴轴颈与花键间过渡圆弧处齿根在外载荷作用下的应力分布和应力值进行分析,发现其薄弱环节是过渡圆弧花键齿根;对不同的过渡圆弧半径进行分析,得到了优化的圆弧半径R,并通过试验得到验证。
Fatigue strength of torsion shaft is theoretically analyzed by using the method of the finite element way. According to the analysis of the stress distribution and stress values on the transition-arc between the torsion shaft journal and spline under the external load, it shows that the weakness is the tooth root of spline located in the transition-arc. Then an optimized arc radius is identified by analyzing the characteristics of the different transition-arc radius. And experimental study is also carried out to verify the correctness of the theoretical researching results.
