摘要
目的探讨学校开展结核病健康教育活动的可行性,评价其对提高师生结核病防治知识知晓率的效果。方法采用分层抽样方法 ,抽取正定县2个乡镇中学和4个村小学四~六年级学生及任课教师共1535名师生实施结核病健康教育干预,干预前、后对师生进行现场结核病防控知识问卷调查。结果开展结核病健康教育后,教师和中、小学生结核病防控知识总体知晓率分别提高24.9个百分点,33.1个百分点和54.1个百分点,与干预前知晓率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。结论在学校开展多种形式的结核病健康教育活动,能显著提高师生结核病防控知识知晓率。
Objective To explore the feasibility of implementing TB health education in schools and evaluate the effect of promoting the awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge for students and teachers. Methods Some teachers and students were chosen by stratified sampling, then TB health education were taken among them and then investigated the total awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge among students and teachers be- fore and after the intervention of implementing health education. Results The awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge among them increased by 24.9%, 33.1% and 54.1% than before respectively. There were very significant differences among them( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The TB health promotion activities can promote the awareness level of tuberculosis knowledge among students and teachers in primary and secondary schools.
