摘要
目的了解石家庄市高校学生食品安全知识、态度、行为和在外就餐现况,为在校学生的食品安全教育提供科学依据。方法分层整群随机抽取石家庄市在校大学生475名,进行食品安全KAP现况调查,并随机抽取其中的306名进行在外就餐情况调查。结果在校大学生食品安全知识部分的平均得分为(7.25±1.07)分(满分10分),其中"三鹿奶粉中危害健康的物质是三聚氰胺"的正确率最高(99.8%),"有机食品比绿色食品、无公害食品更安全"的答对率最低(4.0%);大学生的食品安全态度总体状况较好;94.3%的大学生关注食品安全问题,其中对于造假食品最为关注(42.0%);86.5%的大学生考虑到在外就餐可能对健康造成影响,但仍有39.9%的人每天会在外就餐;电视、网络和报纸杂志是大学生获得食品安全信息的主要渠道。结论大学生已具备了一定的食品安全知识和意识,但仍有欠缺。有必要进一步加强校园内食品安全知识的普及、宣传和教育。
Objective To investigate the knowledge, attitude and practice ( KAP) about food safety among undergraduate students in Shijiashuang and to provide a basis for food safety education. Methods A questionnaire survey about food safety KAP was conducted among 475 studeuts and the other outside eating practice survey was conducted among 306 students by random. Results Knowledge about food safety was lower, with an average knowledge score of 7.25 ± 1.07( the total was 10). The highest percentage of eorreet answer (99.8% ) was the question of "Whieh material was mixed into infant milk powder by Sanlu Group", while the awareness rate on unpolluted foods or organic foods was the lowest (4.0% ). About 94.3% students paid attention to food safety. Most students (86.5% ) considered that outside eating practice could affeet health, but 39.9% of students still ate outside everyday. TV, Internet, newspaper and magazines were the main sources of information on food safety. Conclusion The college students have higher knowledge and attitude about food safety, but some knowledge remains fair to poor. Therefore, it is necessary to enhanee food safety educations among young people which help them to obtain more food safety knowledge and to euhivate health practices.
