摘要
目的探讨青少年危机脆弱性、自我压弹力的特点及其与心理健康的关系,为针对性地开展学校心理健康辅导提供依据。方法随机抽取广州市3所中学653名中学生为研究对象,以危机脆弱性测验问卷、自我压弹量表为工具进行调查。结果危机脆弱性总分与心理健康总分及各因子呈显著的正相关,自我压弹力与心理健康中除强迫症状、偏执、心理不平衡外的因子及总分均呈显著的负相关,危机脆弱性与自我压弹力呈显著的负相关。危机脆弱性对心理健康有预测作用,预测率为14.3%。结论青少年危机脆弱性、自我压弹力对心理健康有重要作用。
Objective To explore the relationship among crisis frangibility and self-resilience and mental health, and to provide bases for developing mental health counseling in school. Methods A total of 653 adolescent were recruited from 3 middle-schools of Guangzhou City to com- plete self-reported questionnaires measuring crisis frangibility, self-resilience and mental health. Results The crisis frangibility was significantly posi- tively correlated with the total score and each factor score of mental health and self resilience. There were negative relationship between self-resilience and mental health （ except compulsive-obsessive, paranoia, feeling unbalanced ）. The crisis frangibility could predict 14.3% of the mental health. Conclusion Crisis frangibility and self resilience have important role on mental health.
