摘要
目的探讨复原力、生活事件对高职高专大学生抑郁的影响,为高职高专大学生心理健康教育提供理论依据。方法采用复原力量表、生活事件量表以及流调中心用抑郁量表对邯郸404名高职高专大学生进行问卷调查。结果高职高专大学生复原力与生活事件、抑郁状态都呈显著负相关(P<0.01),生活事件和抑郁状态呈显著正相关(P<0.01);复原力显著负向预测高职高专大学生的抑郁水平,而生活事件则显著正向预测抑郁水平,复原力和生活事件能够解释抑郁状态总变异的44%;复原力在生活事件与学生抑郁间有显著调节作用。结论可通过提高高职高专大学生的复原力水平来缓解生活事件带给学生的不良情绪体验,进而提高其心理健康水平。
Objective To explore the effects of resilience and life events on depression in vocational college students, and to provide evi- dence for their mental health education. Methods 404 vocational college students were asked to complete the resilience scale, life event scale, and Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale. Results There were negatively correlative between resilience and depression ( P 〈 0.01 ) , and there were positively correlative between life events and depression ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; Resilience and life events had significant direct effects on psychology well-being and explained 44% variation of depression; Resilience played a moderating role between life events and depression. Conclusion Life stress is closely related to depression, resilience could play an important role in improving vocational college students' well-being.
