摘要
高技术虚拟产业集群是虚拟产业集群在高技术领域下的一种管理模式,是高技术产业持续发展和区域创新资源整合的有效途径。在界定高技术虚拟产业集群知识链内涵的基础上,分析其内在的运作特征和功能,并采用投入-产出理论建立集群知识链的过程影响模型,为高技术产业集群的虚拟化运作提供知识管理方法和思路。
High-tech virtual industrial cluster is the management mode of virtual operation for high-tech cluster in high-tech domain. The paper provides the conception for knowledge chain of high-tech virtual industrial cluster, analyses its inner operation characteristic and function, and establishes its process effect models by input - output theory, which provides the new knowledge management method and ideology for high-tech industrial cluster.
