摘要
含氮杂环的查尔酮具有抗痢疾生物活性。采用纤维素负载的铜为催化剂,无需加入配体或者共氧化助剂,通过氮杂环与4-溴苯乙酮的C—N偶联反应合成中间体化合物4-氮杂环基苯乙酮(产率为56.4%~80.4%),然后与数种取代苯甲醛通过Claisen-Schmidt缩合反应得到一系列含氮杂环查尔酮衍生物(产率为49.3%~90.2%)。产物通过1HNMR、13CNMR、IR、MS和元素分析测试。
Cellulose supported copper catalyst was prepared and applied to catalyze the C—N coupling reactions of N-heterocyclics and p-bromoacephenone.The obtained products(at 56.4%~80.4% yield)were treated with a series of substituted benzaldehydes by the Claisen-Schmit condensation reaction to afford N-heterocyclic chalcone derivatives(at 49.3%~90.2% yield).The structure of target compounds was confirmed by 1HNMR,13CNMR,IR,MS and elemental analysis.
