摘要
综述了近年来基于手性配体交换原理的毛细管电泳在分离手性化合物中的应用,并讨论了如温度、pH等影响分离度的因素。
This paper reviewed the application of capillary electrophoresis for the chiral separation of various substance based on the principle of chrial ligand exchange.Some factors that can affect resolution,such as temperature and pH value,were also discussed.
