摘要
以对甲基苯胺为原料,经固体超强酸TiO2/SO24-催化磺化、重氮化制得对甲基苯胺邻磺酸的重氮盐,再与氰基乙酸偶合生成中间体甲臜,以Cl2氧化得到目标产物。对该化合物及其还原态的UV和电化学测试的研究表明,该四氮唑盐是一种潜在的可用于细胞活力定量检测的氧化还原显色剂。
The synthesis of 2,3-bis(2-sulfonate-4-methylphenyl)-5-cyan-2H-tetrazolium monosodium inner salt,which was a new highly water-soluble tetrazolium salt,was reported.It was prepared by sulfonation of p-toluidine in the presence of superacidic catalyst TiO2/SO2-4,followed by diazotization to give the diazo salt of p-toluidine-o-sulfonic acid,which was then subjected to coupling with cyanoacetic acid followed by oxidation with chlorine.It was found that the new tetrazolium compound is a potential redox indicator which can be used in cell activity tests.
