双水相体系中Pd/C催化Suzuki偶联反应的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以双水相为反应溶剂,用可重复使用的Pd/C为催化剂,在较低的温度下(78~85℃),芳基硼酸与芳基卤化物进行了Suzuki反应。该方法具有反应时间短、产率较高、选择性较好等特点,为该反应及该类化合物的合成提供了一种新方法。产物通过熔点测定,核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、质谱等的表征。 The Pd/C-catalyzed Suzuki reaction of arylboronic acid with aryl halide gave the coupling products in good to excellent yields in a two-phase water system at 75~85 ℃ using Pd/C as the catalyst.This method provides a new,simple and inexpensive access to the Suzuki reaction.The structures of the products were confirmed by the melting point measurement,1HNMR,13CNMR and EI-MS spectra.
