摘要
从业务过程和知识管理过程两个方面展开,认为知识管理的目标是服务于业务过程,并且知识管理本身也涉及到知识的获取、创新、分享及应用等知识管理过程。在上述分析的基础上,建立了虚拟企业知识管理过程参考模型。
The process of knowledge management in virtual enterprise is a factor that can＇t be ignored, mainly base on the following two considerations. Firstly, knowledge management aims to severe the business process, and on the other hand, knowledge management is also related to the knowledge management process of knowledge acquisition, innovation, sharing and application etc. This paper attempts to start from the above two aspects to research on reference model of virtual enterprise knowledge management process
