摘要
在以往有关工作满意度构成维度研究成果的基础上,结合高新区科技人员的特点,构建了其工作满意度评价指标体系。并在物元分析的基础上,运用模糊集合理论和欧氏贴近度的概念,建立了高新区科技人员工作满意度的评价模型,对环渤海地区9个高新区进行实证研究,从而为高新区提高科技人员工作满意度提供科学的依据。
This paper first builds the job satisfaction evaluation index system which based on the previous works on dimensions of job satisfaction and considering the characteristics of bigh-tech zone scientific and technological personnel, Then the paper builds a high-tech zones job satisfaction evaluation model of scientific and technological personnel based on the matter-element analysis and the use of fuzzy set theory and the concept of Euclid approach degree. Through carrying out empirical research of the nine high-tech zones, it provides a scientific basis for enhancing lob satisfaction of scientific and technological personnel of high-tech zone.
