摘要 以无水AlCl3为催化剂,对氯苯甲酰氯和苯甲醚经过Friedel-Crafts酰基化反应、去甲基反应、水解反应等过程合成了4-羟基-4′-氯二苯甲酮。对工艺条件进行了改进,在40℃以下直接从水中得到桔黄色4-羟基-4′-氯二苯甲酮结晶。考察了催化剂及用量、苯甲醚用量、反应温度、回流时间等对产率的影响,得到较适宜的工艺条件,产率达97.1%。改进后的方法能节约试剂,节省时间,减少污染。 4-Hydroxy-4′-chlorobenzophenone was synthesized through Friedel-Crafts acylation with anhydrous aluminium trichloride as catalyst,demethylation,and hydrolysis reactions from p-chlorobenzoyl chloride and anisole.The process was improved,and the orange crystal product was directly obtained from water solution at 40℃.The effects of amount of catalyst,amount of anisole,reaction temperature and reaction time on yield were examined.The optimal conditions were gained.The reaction process was reagent and time saving,and environmental pollution was reduced.
