摘要
以水杨醛和丙二酸二乙酯为原料,六氢吡啶为催化剂,超声波辐射下合成了香豆素-3-羧酸乙酯,其结构经IR和元素分析表征。考察了超声波辐射时间和辐射功率对反应的影响。结果表明,在450 W辐射反应25 min,水杨醛4.0 g(0.033 mol),n(水杨醛):n(丙二酸二乙酯)=1∶1.20,六氢吡啶0.25 mL的条件下,香豆素-3-羧酸乙酯的收率达到91%以上。
Coumarins-3-ethyl-carboxylate was synthesized from salicylaldehyde and diethyl malonate using hexahydropyridine as catalyst under ultrasonic irradiation.The product structure was confirmed by IR and elemental analysis.The effects of ultrasonic irradiation power and time on reaction were investigated.The results showed that the yield of coumarins-3-ethyl-carboxylate was higher than 91% under the reaction conditions: irradiated at 450 W for 25 min,salicylaldehyde was 4.0 g(0.033 mol),n(salicylaldehyde):n(diethyl malonate) was 1∶1.20,hexahydropyridine was 0.25 mL.
