参松养心胶囊对阵发性房颤患者基质金属蛋白酶-9的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察参松养心胶囊对阵发性房颤(PAF)的疗效及其对基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平的影响。方法选取无器质性心脏病的PAF患者60例为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组30例。参松养心胶囊组(简称参松组),给予参松养心胶囊治疗;对照组不予特殊治疗,两组均随访3月。观察两组患者房颤发作情况,入选及随访结束时检测两组人群的MMP-9水平。结果两组患者入选时基线资料、房颤发作频度、平均每次发作时间、MMP-9水平无显著差异。随访结束时,参松组患者房颤发作频度显著降低,平均每次发作时间显著缩短,MMP-9水平显著降低。结论参松养心胶囊对阵发性房颤有显著的治疗作用,抑制MMP-9水平可能是是其作用机制之一。
