二-(N-苯基乙酰胺基)黄原酸二醇酯的合成及其摩擦学性能

摘要 为了找到既环保又具有优良抗磨抗氧化性的极压添加剂,合成了3种新型无灰无磷环境友好型润滑油添加剂二-(N-苯基乙酰胺基)黄原酸二醇酯。采用1HNMR,13CNMR,IR,UV和元素分析对其结构进行了表征,在热重分析仪上考察了其热稳定性能,利用四球机考察了其作为添加剂在液体石蜡中的承载能力和添加剂浓度、摩擦时间以及载荷对抗磨性能的影响,对摩擦表面进行了SEM(带EDS)分析。结果表明,3种添加剂的热稳定性能良好,均可以明显改善液体石蜡的承载能力和抗磨性能,其机理是在摩擦过程中发生摩擦化学反应,生成了含硫的保护膜。 Three novel di(N-phenyl ethanoyl aniline) xanthdiates as ashless and P-free environmentally friendly lubricating oil additives were synthesized. The structure of the products were characterized by means of nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR and 13C NMR) spectrometry,infrared spectrometry (IR),ultraviolet spectrometry (UV) and elemental analysis. The thermal stability of the three kinds of derivatives was evaluated by using a thermogravimetric apparatus. Moreover,the load-carrying capacity of the products as additives in liquid paraffin was evaluated using a four-ball tester,and the effects of additive concentration,friction duration and load on the anti-wear performance were investigated. Besides,the morphology and elemental distribution of the worn steel surfaces were analyzed using a scanning electron microscope equipped with an energy dispersive spectrometer (SEM-EDS). Results indicate that the three kinds of additives all have fair thermal stability and can significantly improve the load-carrying capacity and anti-wear performance of liquid paraffin. Tribochemical reaction took place during friction process,generating an S-containing antiwear film on metal surface.
